The Bodnerhof – Horseback riding in the Braies Valley
From mid-2023 the Bodnerhof opens its doors to horse and riding enthusiasts. Our farm follows the open stable principle, where our horses live together as a small harmonious herd in a spacious open stable. Private horses are housed in separate but close open stables, so as to also have social contact. If weather and terrain conditions permit, we leave all horses out to pasture to ensure sufficient exercise and respectful husbandry of the horses.

Responsibility, calmness, and honesty characterize our daily work.
Our horses live in species-appropriate conditions with sufficient exercise and social contact. They are used regularly, but not excessively. Their well-being always comes first.
In addition to horses, cattle are also part of the Bodnerhof. The combination of agriculture and horse riding shapes our view of sustainability and respectful treatment of animals, people, and the landscape.
Our rides are personally accompanied, deliberately reduced in number, and adapted to the respective situation. We do not work with fixed programs, but with experience, sound judgment, and respect.
